Mark Howe invented a gadget that can cheat on Roulette Wheels and give a one hundred percent advantage over the casino.

Howe, who has been forbidden from the casino since the 90’s, announced September 18, 2006 that with his invention, the house’s normal 2.7 percent edge will be reversed.

The gadget is a clicker that records the deceleration speed of the roulette wheel rotor and the ball. The Roulette Player will receive instructions through an earphone about which number the ball will drop on.

In 2004, a group of roulette players tested the device and won 1.3 million UK Pounds at the Ritz Casino in London.

The gadget price is around five thousand dollars, the basic kit includes a computer inside in a Nokia handset, DVD with footage of a wheel that can be use for practice, electronically shielded data input cable with button or switch and instructional material.

Meanwhile, the UK Gambling Commission director of operations Phill Brear, said that cheating devices can work but hinted that it would be impossible to prosecute the gamblers who used these devices under the UK Gambling Act.

Gaming inspector and former croupier, Keith Tayler, said that UK regulators are reluctant to ban cheating or predicting devices because in doing so would only means that they are admitting that the roulette is a biased game.
